The rented apartments are in your full responsibility.
Any material damages in the rented apartment or in the house must be paid off directly to the owner of the house Bluemare. A 50-euro pledge is asked at the delivery of the keys of the apartment and this pledge is returned to you at your departure if no damage was caused.
An internal regulation about the rent of apartments is displayed in the entrance hall of the house Bluemare.
Apartments are available from 2:00 pm and must be released at 9:00 am at the departure morning.
The tourist tax is included in the rental price of the apartment.
