WiFi and Air conditioning are free of charge.
Parking is free and available on site. Each apartment has one parking space in front of the house. Additional parking can be provided upon request.
Pets (dogs) are allowed upon request. The pet is additionally paid to the owner upon arrival 10 euros per night.
Smoking is not allowed in the apartments, only outside.
Every apartment has safety deposit box. 
BBQ, baby cot, children's high chair, cleaning products, iron and ironing facilities are upon request.
There is also summer kitchen with oven, dishwasher and kitchen utensils, few children's props, deck chairs, relaxation armchairs and fenced yard.

Check in starts from 16:00h, and check out is until 09:00h.
Damage deposit is 50 EUR. Deposit is paid at the arrival in cash. It will be returned to the guest at the departure if the apartment is in good condition. 

Payment policy: To confirm the reservation, it is necessary to pay a 30% non-refundable deposit to the invoice that we will send you by e-mail. The rest is paid in cash upon arrival at the accommodation.
